Pleasing, is the clothing and makeup line from acting, singing, and superstar Harry Styles. American Express sponsored a Pleasing branding and retail experience at our location on fashionable Abbot Kinney, Blvd. Our interior and huge exterior billboard mural were transformed to give fans a full Pleasing brand experience. News media documented excited fans lining up along the boulevard to purchase, and the Harry Styles American Express event gained impressive additional free branding and social media coverage.

Starbucks Pop Up

Starbucks hosted a one-day pop up experience at our Abbot Kinney location featuring comedian Mark Brucato. The event spotlighted Starbucks’ new protein drinks: their just-launched Protein Lattes and Protein Cold Foam offerings. Our space was transformed into an immersive café stage where AK boulevard visitors sampled Starbuck’s new high-protein beverages—like vanilla, matcha, banana, and chocolate protein foams and lattes boasting up to 36 g of protein per grande. The activation drew locals and visitors alike, amplifying brand buzz. The pop up generated broad social media momentum and reinforced Starbucks’ push into innovation and functional beverage trends.

Laneige brought its signature glow to Abbot Kinney with an immersive pop up celebrating the art of hydration and self-care. The experience showcased the brand’s most beloved products — from the Water Bank Moisture line to the iconic Lip Sleeping Mask — through luminous installations and curated beauty moments. Our space was transformed into a pastel oasis, inviting guests to explore, test, and create content in an atmosphere of refined K-beauty elegance. The activation attracted influencers, editors, and skincare enthusiasts, earning wide social coverage and positioning Laneige as a leader in innovation, beauty, and brand storytelling.

KFC 420 Pop Up

KFC staged a one-day immersive pop up on Abbot Kinney dubbed the “Saucy Nuggets Dispensary” to launch their new Saucy Nuggets line tied to 4/20 culture. The event reimagined a cannabis dispensary storefront next to our old neighbours – MedMen. In our Pop Up  guests explored aromatic “herb & spice” puffer pods before sampling five limited-edition nugget sauces. Inside, “sauce-perts” and “nugg-tenders” guided attendees through flavor profiles and handed out swag. Comedian Niles Abston worked the back patio “Chill Zone,” keeping energy high. Over 1,000 guests devoured some 15,000 nuggets, and the activation earned over 1 billion impressions – fanning new interest in KFC’s bold flavor strategy and experiential edge.
